Online Divorce Mediation Services
Technology Enhances Divorce Mediation By Taking The Process Online
Chances are, technology is part of your daily life. Because of this, we now provide Online Divorce Mediation services.
You won’t have to:
- Battle traffic
- Work only with a local mediator when the divorce mediator you truly want to work with is in another state
- Be in the same room with your spouse if it’s not comfortable
- Take time off of work
- Find childcare
Technology makes our lives easier. You can check your e-mail, make a phone call, pay bills, browse the Internet and attend out-of-state meetings from the comfort of your couch. You can now also work with the divorce mediator of your choice through Online Divorce Mediation.
- It is confidential. The agreements are made outside of a courtroom and help you maintain privacy.
- It costs substantially less than working through the courts and with attorneys.
- It helps you work with your soon-to-be-ex spouse to come up with a parenting arrangement for your children and limits potential complications.

Who Will Be Our Online Divorce Mediator?
Online or in-person divorce mediation will be provided by Leah Hadley-Villalobos, founder and president of Great Lakes Divorce Financial Solutions. She is committed to helping her clients transition through divorce as painlessly as possible and provides that services both online and in person.
What Happens During An Online Divorce Mediation Meeting?
Just as during a face-to-face meeting, Leah guides you through a comprehensive divorce mediation process. She works with you to discuss, negotiate and resolve the issues necessary to move through the dissolution of your marriage. The process includes, in part, discussing child support, joint parenting plans, alimony, division of marital assets and more.
If you’re “meeting” virtually you will be able to see Leah and your spouse on the screen through free meeting software.
“I knew going into my divorce that a great attorney was essential. what I found to be even more important though was having a seasoned professional who understood the financial aspects and future implications of our legal decisions. Leah was able to take our combined assets, make recommendations based on our agreement and provide a detailed division that took away all of the financial stress and worry. In hindsight, I wish we would have met with Leah first; it would have saved us time and simplified the divorce process.”
"What most impressed me about Leah is her ability to make financial planning to be an easy and ‘painless’ task. She has a very simple process to help one think about their needs for the future and a clear system on what to do to achieve those goals. So if you’re like me and want a clear, concise plan that is easy to follow with personalized service, Leah is sure to deliver, while keeping her client’s best interest at heart."
"Leah is a results-driven individual and thoughtful analyst who sees both the big picture as well as the details. Importantly, she puts the client first."
