Divorce Is Stressful. Online Divorce Mediation Makes It Simpler and Less Stressful.

Divorce mediation removes some of that stress. What if you and your spouse have agreed on mediation, but simply don’t want to be in the same room? You can both be “on screen” in the virtual meeting with your divorce mediator, but you don’t have to see each other face-to-face. Hey, we get it and that’s why we are pleased to offer Online Divorce Mediation services.

Technology has advanced so much it’s paved the way for a couple in the process of divorce to pursue a more cost-effective, efficient and convenient way to move through divorce mediation.

How Does Online Divorce Mediation Work?

For your convenience, online divorce mediation is conducted via telephone or online meeting software. (The software is free for you to download.)

The Best Divorce Mediator May Not Be The One Who Is Local

Online divorce mediation allows you to choose the best divorce mediator, regardless of location.

The fee for the Online Divorce Mediation Service ranges from $2,000-7,000 and is dependent on the complexity of your case. The price includes agreements on division of assets, spousal support, child support and a parenting plan. For additional information about what is included in the package, contact me.

To begin the process, all you need to is schedule a no-cost consultation.

Why should you choose Divorce Mediation, either online or in person?

  1. It is confidential. The agreements are made outside of a courtroom and help you maintain privacy.
  2. It costs substantially less than working through the courts and with attorneys.
  3. It helps you work with your soon-to-be-ex spouse to come up with a parenting arrangement for your children and limits potential complications.

Online Divorce Mediation Services Give You Control Over A Stressful Situation & Provides You A Way To Dissolve Your Marriage In A Way That Fits Your Lifestyle, But More Importantly Your Schedule

If you live in one state or one area of the state and your soon-to-be ex lives in another you can work with the same divorce mediator. If you live by my office you can come in and we can virtually meet with your spouse via telephone or the Internet. Online Divorce Mediation is nothing if not flexible!

Whether you choose in-person or online divorce mediation you receive high-quality divorce mediation. The process, effectiveness, and results remain the same – in-person or online.
